The details

How this Shootout works

This Shootout has no seminars. On Saturday and Sunday morning there is a workshop led by the Masters; for the rest of the days, the private sessions with the models take place.

You choose what to buy one item at a time: you can join the workshop only, the private sessions only, or both, on the days you prefer. You'll find the figures at the bottom of this page, in the schedule.

About the event

We'll be holding this Shootout at the refurbished Gimada studios. They are two long-established spaces dedicated to models and photographers, offering a quiet setting, a pleasant atmosphere and a real passion for photography.

From Friday 22 to Monday 25 January 2027, in Rome

We'll have four large shooting rooms at Via Selene 46 and one big room at Via Pietro Bracci 19, complete with furniture, cyclorama, coloured walls, wallpaper and a brick wall. Participants will also find several types of professional photographic lighting, as well as furnishings, props and smoke machines.

Getting there

The main address is Via Selene 46. It is easy to reach by public transport too.

Where to stay

If you need it, we'll point you to places to stay nearby.

A morning with the Masters

It runs from 08:45 to 10:45, exclusively in the Via Selene rooms. Photographers are split into five groups of up to six, and will get to shoot all 15 models present, rotating between the rooms, in groups organised and led by the 5 Masters on site.

The genres covered are portrait, glamour and topless and/or sheer.

To get a feel for the Masters' style, have a look at their cards above and follow the links in their own pages.

The room is yours — just bring your camera

During the private sessions each participant has the chosen room for their exclusive use (Sala 1, Sala 3, Sala 4) or shared with another photographer/model (Sala 2 and the one in via Bracci), complete with furniture and lighting. Just bring your own camera.

On request, one of the Masters can work alongside you, helping you get the most out of the session with advice and technical explanations: it's an extra service, agreed on site.

Professional photographic lighting equipment is available free of charge, for those who don't own any. In the private sessions some models are also available for artistic nude, while others shoot in lingerie: what each of them agrees to do is written on her card.

The sets

Rooms 1 to 4 are in the same studio, while the Via Bracci room is in another studio about 1.5 km away. Plan your bookings accordingly.
