A ShootJam is a photography event of private sessions, in an indoor or outdoor venue with numerous prepared sets, where you can photograph one or more models, with or without a Master present.
From the event page, seeing availability in real time, you get to choose everything: model or models, time, set — and the option to share your session with up to 3 photographers in total, should you prefer to split the cost. The model's fee is set by her and is not negotiable.
How it works
Pick the Shootout
Every ShootJam lives inside a Shootout: one or more days, in a venue prepared for the occasion.
Open the event page
Days, time slots, free sets and which models are there in each slot: what you see is what is available right now.
Build your session
Choose the time, the set and the model — or more than one, if you want them together. You can shoot on your own or share with other photographers, up to 3 in total, to split the cost.
Show up and shoot
The set is ready. If you booked a Master, you will find them there waiting for you.
What you will find
Numerous sets, already built
Indoors or outdoors, ready before you arrive: the time you buy is time spent shooting. To change setting, just book the next hour somewhere else.
A Master, if you want one
An experienced photographer beside you during the session — on lighting, on directing the model. Booked like everything else.
You know the cost before you book
The model sets her own fee and it is the same for everyone: nothing to negotiate on the spot, no surprises.
Everything from the site
Book, move and cancel from your dashboard, whenever you want. No need to arrange anything with anyone.
Taking part
You need to be a Supporter and to register for the event in advance. The participation fee depends on the event — sometimes there is none — but registering is always required: that is what opens booking for you.
