ShootJam is a full day entirely dedicated to private photography sessions between photographer and model, at the Gimada studios (formerly InAutomatico) on Via Selene 46, in Rome. No group modelsharing: from morning to evening, every hour is a private session, booked in advance, with the model you choose, in the set you prefer. A format designed for those who want control of their own set — to shoot their own photos, not the ones others have in mind.
Everything runs through the online platform: you choose the model, the time slot and the room, with availability and costs visible in real time. You can book a single session or fill the entire day — up to ten hours of shooting, one after another, changing model and set with each slot. For each session you decide how to shoot: on your own, with the hour all to yourself, or in a group of two or three, sharing the session — and the cost — with other photographers. The model's fee is paid in cash, directly to her, at the start of every hour; each model sets her own rate, which you can check on her profile before booking. And if you want to raise the bar, to many sessions you can add a Master: an experienced photographer at your side for that hour, supporting you with lighting, technique and artistic direction. A valuable extra, especially if you want to learn while you produce. Among the Masters present, MaXu and Daniele Belli.
The Gimada studios, on Via Selene 46, are spaces dedicated to models and photographers — easily reached by public transport as well, with professional lighting equipment available. Two fully equipped rooms, each around 120 sqm, host the sessions: Room 1 — Studio with white cyclorama. White cyclorama and colored walls, professional lighting included: the clean, versatile set for portrait and glamour. Room 2 — Studio with furnishings and backdrops. Assorted furnishings, colored walls, wallpaper, a brick wall and a piano: an atmosphere-rich environment for those after more constructed, scenographic shots.
A selection of models present for the entire day, each with her own style and genres — from glamour to fine art nude. Full profiles, with rates, availability and genres covered, can be viewed on the platform after registration, so you can plan your private sessions to the fullest.
