Image release and authorisations
For models · Last updated: 15 June 2026
This document supplements the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service and applies to models publishing a profile on workshopfotografico.com. By accepting it upon registration, you declare and authorise the following.
1. Ownership of rights and indemnity
You declare that you hold all the rights needed to publish the images you upload to the site, and that their upload and publication do not infringe any third-party rights (copyright, image rights or otherwise). You indemnify and hold harmless workshopfotografico.com and its owner (Massimiliano Uccelletti, also known as MaXu) from any claim, objection or demand raised by third parties in relation to the images you upload.
2. Use for event promotion
You authorise the owner to publish and use such photographs for the promotion of the events you take part in, both for workshopfotografico.com and for the Shootout project (shootout.photography).
3. Publication of posters on social media
You authorise the publication of the posters you generate via the dedicated site feature on the social channels managed by the owner, including but not limited to Instagram (@workshopfotografico_com) and TikTok (@workshopfotografic).
4. MaXu's portfolio
You authorise the publication on this site of the photographs taken of you by the photographer Massimiliano Uccelletti, also known as MaXu, within his personal album, for educational purposes in the study of photographic techniques.
5. Duration, no fee and withdrawal
These authorisations are granted free of charge and without time limit, unless withdrawn. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to maxu@workshopfotografico.com: withdrawal takes effect for future uses and entails the removal of the images from the site, without prejudice to uses already lawfully made before the withdrawal.
6. Portfolio publication rules
By publishing a photograph on workshopfotografico.com, you confirm that you are the person portrayed in the image. If other recognizable people also appear in the image, you declare that you have obtained all the authorizations necessary for publication from them as well.
You further declare that you hold the rights necessary to upload, publish and make the photograph visible on the site, and you undertake to hold workshopfotografico.com and its owners harmless from any claims, disputes or demands by third parties arising from a breach of these declarations.
If you publish fine-art or partial nude photographs, you must do so exclusively in your reserved portfolio.
On workshopfotografico.com, nude photographs published with graphic censorship, pixelation, bars, artificial coverings or deliberate obscuring are not allowed. If you do not wish to publish nude photographs, you can simply not upload them.
You are aware that the reserved portfolio is visible only to the user categories you select in your profile settings. You can change the visibility, remove published photographs or withdraw the authorizations at any time.
Breach of these rules may lead to removal of the content, suspension of the account or, in the most serious or repeated cases, permanent deletion of the account.
